Ingredients:

25g Butter
50g Celery, finely sliced
50g Leeks, finely sliced
50g Onions, chopped
75g Potatoes, diced
150g Smoked Haddock, cut into in large chunks
50ml Double cream
100g Vegetable stock
120ml Pro-Cal shot neutral (1 bottle)

Method:

1 Melt the butter in a saucepan on a medium heat, then add the celery, leeks, onions and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

2 Add in the haddock, stock, cream and Pro- Cal shot and simmer for 10 minutes. Do not boil.

3 Serve in bowl.
