Ingredients:
            
            2840ml whole Milk
              
                300g (20 x 15g) Pro-Cal powder  
              
                300g Semolina 
              
                75g Butter 
              
                150g Caster Sugar 
            
          
Method:
1 Add milk to a pan and heat.
2 Add Pro-Cal powder and stir.
3 Add semolina and butter, stir and heat until semolina has thickened and milk reduced.
4 Add sugar and stir through once heated.
