1000g Porridge oats
7500ml Whole milk
375g (25 x 15g) Pro-Cal powder
Pinch of salt


1 Add the oats, milk, Pro-Cal powder and salt into a large pan.

2 Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it sticking to the bottom of the pan.

3 Once porridge is thickened remove from the heat and serve.
