Ingredients:

68g Raspberry jelly (1/2 pack)
145ml Water, boiled
120ml Pro-Cal shot strawberry flavour (1 bottle)
50g Raspberries, fresh, cut in half
100ml Greek style natural yoghurt

Method:

1 Break up the jelly squares into a jug or bowl.

2 Add the boiling water to the bowl and stir until dissolved.

3 Add the Pro-Cal shot to the jelly mixture and stir.

4 Fill two glasses halfway with the jelly and Pro-Cal shot mixture, leaving space at the top to add the yoghurt later.

5 Before the jelly cools, place a few raspberries into each glass. Reserve a few to garnish.

6 Place in the fridge for about 2 hours, until set.

7 Top with a layer of yoghurt and the remaining chopped raspberries.
