60ml Pro-cal shot (neutral)
120ml Full fat milk

Method:

1 Tear open the sachet along the line and pour the oats into a microwavable bowl.

2 Add the Pro-cal shot and milk, stirring well.

3 Place the bowl into the microwave, heat for 2 minutes on full power.

4 Stir and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
