Ingredients:
            
            11g (1 tbsp) Oil + 1tsp extra for frying
              
                50g Flour 
              
                120ml Pro-Cal shot neutral (1 bottle) 
              
                30g Pro-Cal powder (2 sachets)
              
                1 Egg, medium, beaten
              
                Pinch of salt
            
          
Method:
1 Mix all the ingredients in a blender or with a whisk in a bowl.
2 Heat a frying pan or crepe pan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil.
3 When heated, pour ¼ of the batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
4 Repeat this with the remaining batter.
