3550ml Whole milk
375g (25 x 15g) Pro-Cal Powder
220g Custard powder
220g Sugar


1 Add 2000ml milk to a large saucepan and heat gently – do not allow to boil.

2 Meanwhile, mix Pro-Cal powder into 550ml milk and mix custard powder into remaining 500ml milk.

3 Add Pro-Cal powder mix to saucepan of milk and stir in well.

4 Once simmering, add custard mix and sugar. Stir and heat through.
