Ingredients:
300ml Greek yogurt
300ml Mango puree, tinned
300ml Coconut milk, 1 tin
360ml Pro-Cal shot neutral (3 bottles)
50g Caster sugar
Method:
1 Place the yoghurt, mango puree, Pro-Cal shot and sugar into a bowl and whisk into a smooth mixture.
2 Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine.
3 Follow the instructions for your machine, churn until the ‘ice-cream’ is thick and frozen.
4 The ice-cream can be eaten straight away or transferred to a suitable container and stored in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. Do not refreeze.
