Ingredients:

300g Carrots, diced
30g Butter
1 Onion, diced
5g Fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp Dried ginger
200ml Vegetable stock
120ml Pro-Cal shot neutral (1 bottle)

Method:

1 Place the butter, carrots, onion and ginger in a pan and cook for 5 minutes

2 Add the stock and Pro-Cal shot into the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.

3 Blend until smooth.
