Ingredients:

3550ml Whole milk
375g (25 x 15g) Pro-Cal powder
220g Cornflour
75g Butter

Method:

1 Mix 500ml of milk with the Pro-Cal powder.

2 Mix 500ml of milk with the cornflour.

3 Heat the remaining milk in a large pan, then add the butter and Pro-Cal mix. Heat and stir to combine.

4 Add the cornflour mix and heat until thickened to a sauce consistency.
