100ml Full fat milk
45g Oats
1 x ripe banana
1 tsp honey
60ml Pro-Cal shot strawberry (1/2 bottle)
3 - 4 ripe strawberries
A pinch of cinnamon


1 Blend all the ingredients using a hand blender or smoothie maker until smooth.

2 Pour into a glass and enjoy!

3 Add extra honey to sweeten if necessary.
