Ingredients:

1 tbsp Cocoa powder
15g Pro-Cal powder (1 sachet)
1 tsp Caster sugar
200ml Whole milk

Method:

1 Mix cocoa powder and Pro-Cal™ powder with 1tbsp of milk into a smooth paste.

2 Place the remaining milk in a small saucepan and bring to boil.

3 Take saucepan off heat and pour over paste whilst stirring briskly with a fork.

4 Pour into mug and stir in sugar.
