10g Unsalted butter
35g Pink and white marshmallows
50g Dark cooking chocolate
1 tbsp Water
30g Pro-Cal™ powder
50g Double cream


1 Place butter, marshmallows, chocolate and water into a small saucepan. Place over a low heat, stir regularly until melted and a smooth chocolate mixture forms. Set aside to cool.

2 Add Pro-Cal powder to cream and whip until thickened using a balloon whisk

3 Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, fold through the cream until a thickened, glossy mixture is achieved

4 Divide between 2 small dishes and serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
